Permits are required for all open burning. Get your permits here!
Open Burning is only allowed between Jan. 15 – May 1
from 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Agricultural Burning is year round – effective two (2) hours after sunrise until 4:00 p.m. that same afternoon.
Burn Permits are issued per burn address at a single rate of $20 per burn season. Please only purchase ONE (1) permit per burn location.
Once you have purchased a permit – please login -> navigate to My Permits and Activate the permit for the location you are burning.
